The Modular system is a concealed, self-tightening connector that can be disassembled. It finds its use in furniture and cabinets construction. The connector can also be screwed onto metal profiles. It can be used for all wood, plastic and chipboard materials from 16 mm. The processing can be carried out with the table milling machine, a CNC machining center, a long hole drilling machine or a manual top milling machine. Fastening is by means of PH or SK screws up to Ø = 4.5 mm (length as required) and shoulder-head screws. Both, an individual connection and a double connection with a shoulder-head screw and a sleeve bolt with internal thread for middle walls can be implemented. With the help of the modular connector (Modular 4031), the load can be increased at larger depths. Among other things, the cabinet floors can be inserted from the front to the rear, as well as from the top to the bottom. With the aid of a drilling and depth jig for the connecting groove an exact positioning takes place.

The shoulder-head wood screws are available in 13 mm and 16 mm thread lengths.
