At Villa Blue Sky in Crete, a curved pergola in the shape of a giant leaf was assembled by using Knapp Ricon connectors. The construction covers the entire area of the bar and restaurant. The secondary beams are connected at an angle to the main beams so that the structure can provide shade from morning to night and at any time of day.
