The dove-tail stamping makes it very easy to catch the CS-screws and push together the connector. It also ensures tightness. |

RICON consists of two identical parts. It is made of premium quality steel, is hot dip galvanized and produced in Austria. |

Ø 5 mm and Ø 8 mm RICON CS-screws with Torx 25 drive. These adjustable holding-screws compensate fabrication tolerances. The reinforced shaft with integrated stop guarantees exact positioning. |

Clip in the stainless spring steel stirrup into the locating slots prior to final assembly. It locks the connection against the slide-in direction and can be released again. |

RICON S for main and secondery beam
|
|
RICON S is used for static highly stressed, concealed joining main/secondary beams, for timber framing or prefabrication. Complete modules, such as dormers and gazebos, can be prefabricated and so reduce assembly time extensive. RICON S is not only suitable for wood to wood constructions, but also to connect it onto steel, concrete or other compact materials.
Light hooking by V-expression and after adjustable collar bolt tightening (tolerance ≤5 mm)
Security against the insertion direction with optional clip lock (lift-off loads)
Short hook way of 35 mm – canting of secondary beam is avoided
Variable installation depth of 12.5 until 25 mm
Three- and four-sided concealed connection (Fire protection – F30 constructions ≥ 20 mm around it)

The V-shape moulding provides perfect catch of the collar bolt. The strong tension and the short slide-in alleviates the connecting and guarantees joint sealing. The V-shape molding (similar to a dovetail) self-tightening connection. |
