If you are an existing customer you can pay by invoice. The amount shown on the invoice needs to be transferred to our bank account according to the payment terms shown on the invoice.

If you are a new customer, you have to pay in advance by bank transfer. You will receive a special invoice with the total amount and our bank details.  After we receive the payment, your order will be shipped to you within 2 business days.

KNAPP® online store does not take into account special costumer conditions. If you have special agreements with us, they will be displayed on the order confirmation.

Sale offers and other promotions can not be combined with special costumer conditions.
